Alli
Alli

Alli is designed to rev up the amount of weight you can lose whilst on a low fat, low calorie diet.

Alli is not for everyone, but Alli can be an option for some and combined with your commitment to a healthy diet can help you to lose extra pounds.

It works by preventing your body from absorbing about a 1/4 of the fat you eat, so if you eat a low fat, low calorie diet and use Alli capsules you can make a real difference to your weight.

So how does it work?

Alli is not a stimulant or an appetite suppressant, but instead it stops some of the fat you eat from being digested and absorbed. The active ingredient, orlistat, attaches itself to some of the body's enzymes that break down fat. By adding Alli to a low calorie, low fat diet you can help to boost your weight loss by up to 50 per cent.

Who is it suitable for?

People with a body mass index (BMI) of 28 or above, and those who are aged 18 or older. You must also be committed to having a healthier lifestyle. It is recommended that you check with your doctor or pharmacist before use.

How do I get it?

Alli is available from pharmacists, who can help assess if you are a suitable candidate.

Are there any side effects?

As with most pills, there can be side effects, the most common one is if you consume too much fat in your diet which can cause wind and diarrhoea.
